What you DON'T need from us (and shouldn't pay for)

A common confusion when DSP owners shop screening vendors: Amazon centrally runs background checks and MVRs on DSP driver candidates. That's part of Amazon's onboarding system — your DSP doesn't outsource that to a third party. Don't pay for a "DSP screening bundle" that includes criminal records, MVR, and identity verification — Amazon already handles those at the platform level. The drug testing piece is what your DSP IS contractually responsible for, and that's the only thing this account covers.
